As a dynamic and versatile design leader with a proven track record of producing award-winning work for top global technology brands, I specialize in guiding all aspects of creativity and design—from concept to execution across multiple channels and brand touch-points. My collaborative approach enables me to work seamlessly with organizations to drive key initiatives. I have delivered brand strategy, visual ID systems, transformed creative operations, built scalable creative teams and resources, developed demand generation campaigns, and designed experiential projects for billion-dollar brands and tech unicorns.

Senior Visual Designer | February 2022 – November 2022

Developed a comprehensive brand identity and strategy from the ground up. Crafted a detailed rollout plan, established brand system specifications, and created educational resources and self-service templates. Effectively translated the brand across various mediums, including print, web, video, merchandise and more, ensuring a cohesive and impactful launch.

Established a creative enter of excellence for the entire organization, developing creative brief templates, project management workflows, process infrastructure, asset cataloging and organization, agency resources, onboarding procedures, and more. Expanded the creative team from a single member to a scalable group, including external vendors, agencies, and freelancers.

Collaborated cross-functionally to support KPIs across product marketing, HR, C-suite, product, and sales. Deliverables included go-to-market launch kits, employee engagement and onboarding creative, the creation of the 'Drataverse' marquee event brand, 'first touch to promoter' user journey creative alignment, and key presentation decks, templates, and collateral for account deals exceeding millions of dollars.

Launched new website and landing page system resulting in uplifts across key tracking metrics like time on page, reduced bounce rate, overall engagement, and demo inquiries. Followed the launch with continued testing, improvements, and optimizations to match increasing demo request and engagement KPIs.

Brainstormed and launched countless brand and product campaigns through social, display, email, pre-roll and OOH campaigns. These campaigns yielded millions in qualified pipeline.

Persado | 2 Years, 2 Months

Director of Digital Design | September 2019 – October 2021

Launched brand refresh updating Persado’s entire visual presence as well as ABM campaign creative system, and full array of marketing deliverables.

Rearchitected entire Persado web presence from the ground up including reworked site map, wireframes and UX flows, UI design, tech stack, and interactive elements.

Built new creative team infrastructure including asset management solutions, project intake, project management, review and proofing processes, and expanded outside resources and agency relationships.

Sage | 3 Years, 2 Months

Lead North American creative team of designers, writers, project managers, editors, and producers. Collaborated with global creative leadership delivering against marketing and company goals.

Architected guidelines, storyboards, and strategy for unified video-ecosystem ranging from product videos, to customer stories, and more.

Launched global design tools and systems, implementing asset subscriptions, video equipment packages, data management best practices, and increased compliance across global creative team.

Pioneered in-depth environmental guidelines that informed the interior design and art ethos of offices across 20+ locations globally.

Planned, directed, and produced 10+ customer photo and video shoots on location across North America.

Guided roll-out of new brand across the organization with detailed guidelines, assets, and resources.

Drove brand execution for yearly Sage Summit events attracting over 3000 attendees. Brand 
touch-points included main stage keynotes, environmental design, promotional creative, and more.

Riverbed | 4 Years, 6 Months

Lead Designer | January 2014 – June 2016

Owned the creative direction and execution of the Riverbed brand and its rollout across channels.

Managed team of junior designers, and project managers to guide projects from proposal to kick-off to creative production and to delivery. 

Oversaw the creative direction and production delivery for our Global Sales Kick-Off event that attracted upwards of 1400 attendees and partners.
